The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel celebrates beauty in all its forms and reaches its pinnacle with the panoramic restaurant The Gold, thanks to a breathtaking sea-view location and a refined fusion of Japanese cuisine and signature cocktails in Riccione.
Located on the seventh floor, it welcomes guests into an elegant, international atmosphere, embellished by golden décor, an iconic central counter, and an outdoor lounge area overlooking the horizon.
The culinary offering is inspired by the Japanese concept of omakase, meaning “I trust you”: not simply a sushi bar, but a truly immersive experience of Eastern flavors and aromas, where guests entrust themselves to the expertise of sushi master Orghes Haxhiu.
In the middle of the room, the counter becomes the beating heart of the experience, where bar manager Luca Avallone and his team craft signature cocktails inspired by the latest mixology trends, to be sipped while gazing at the sea through the panoramic windows or from the terrace with its infinity pool.
The experience at The Gold is completed by a selection of over 200 labels, including Champagne, Franciacorta, and Italian indigenous wines.
