The SPA at The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel offers an exciting wellness journey featuring emotional showers, ice cascades, a Finnish sauna, and a hammam, just steps from the sea of Riccione.

The wellness area features a striking scenic remineralized hot-water pool, enhanced by golden mosaic details and extending outdoors for 25 meters, offering the pleasure of an open-air swim. A true luxury retreat, featuring 14 hydromassage stations with different functions, including cervical, draining, and immersive effervescent treatments.

Completing the experience are state-of-the-art beauty tech devices, ideal for massages and couture face and body treatments.

The SPA is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including public holidats.
It is also accessible to external guests, upon reservation and payment.
SPA access includes the provision of a towel, bathrobe, and slippers. Entry is not permitted to guests under 16 years of age.

PRICES
For hotel guests:
€30 per person

For external guests:
€40 per person from Monday to Thursday
€50 per person from Friday to Sunday and public holidays

Wellness & Spa Treatment Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Amendments: To ensure the highest standard of service and the availability of our therapists, any cancellations or schedule adjustments must be requested with at least 2 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made beyond this timeframe, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved treatment value.

In the event of an arrival exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled time, the duration of the ritual may be reduced to preserve operational punctuality and the serenity of subsequent guests; the full rate for the reserved experience shall remain applicable.
